Residential Deliveries Will Follow These Guidlines
HOW IT WORKS Residential Deliveries!
We wish to provide a clear explanation of how our delivery and pick-up scheduling process operates. To provide you with a seamless experience we will often deliver and pick up on the same day however during busy month of May-September the following rules will apply for residental deliveries.

Providing Your Cell Number: Please make sure to provide your cell phone number during the checkout process. This allows us to send you text messages with your assigned delivery and pick-up times, keeping you in the loop.

Delivery and Pick-Up Times will be Assigned: We take care of assigning your delivery and pick-up times based on various factors, such as location and logistics. You will receive a text message the day before delivery with these assigned times to keep you informed.

Efficient Scheduling: To ensure efficiency in our delivery and pick-up schedules for all our customers, we utilize information from all orders, including times and locations. You are unable to change your assigned times once assigned so be sure to provide accurate information on your order.

Selecting Your Rental Duration: You have the flexibility to choose a rental duration of up to 6 hours for your event or longer for an additional fee. We will deliver and set up in residential yards up to 48 hours before your event and pick up within 48 hours after. However, please note that we only guarantee the specific times you have selected on your order and will use those times to build all of our schedule to manage our resources and staff efficiently.

GUARENTEED TIME Example: For instance, if you choose a time frame of 12-6pm for your event, we may deliver up to 48 hours prior to the event. However, the 6pm pick-up time you've chosen on your invoice remains the same at no extra charge. We may arrive precisely at 6:00 pm for pick-up or, in some cases, return the following day for pick-up, again at no extra cost. But remember, we only guarantee your rental for the times specified on your invoice.

At Castle Kid Jumping Castles, we understand the importance of a seamless experience when planning your special event. Here's how our delivery and pickup schedules work to ensure everything runs smoothly:
1. Assigning Guaranteed Delivery and Pickup Times:
- When you place an order, you can choose specific event times that suit your needs, such as 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
- These times are your guaranteed slots, and we will do our best to adhere to them.
- However, please keep in mind that in some cases, we may need to make adjustments to accommodate logistics.
- For instance, if you choose 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, we may need to deliver two hours earlier to allow for setup and to reach the next event.
- Similarly, pickup times may vary; you may select 4:00 PM, but we might not be able to return until 6:00 PM for pickup.
- Any adjustments will always be made before or after the guaranteed times you have selected.
- We will communicate these adjustments with you to ensure you are fully aware of the revised schedule.
