We always recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weekend dates, holidays, or school fun fair season in June. Larger events should book well in advance so we can reserve the equipment and crew needed. Some of our major events book 6–12 months ahead! Booking early not only secures your favorite inflatable, it also gives you access to our full selection of options.
Yes! Many of our inflatables — especially obstacle courses and TSSA-certified units — are designed to handle both kids and adults. We encourage parents to safely join in with their children to share the experience and make lasting memories. While roughhousing or horseplay is never allowed, moms and dads can absolutely get inside and bounce alongside their little ones. It’s a safe, fun way to be part of the celebration!

We recommend kids wear comfortable play clothes and always remove shoes before entering the inflatable. For bounce houses with slides, socks are important — they allow for safe sliding without the risk of bare feet slowing momentum, which can cause knees or joints to jerk. 1️⃣ How long is the rental period for backyard parties?
Our standard backyard rental period is 6 hours. You choose the time, and we’ll guarantee that. We do our best to accommodate your event needs, but please note that only the times specified in your rental agreement are guaranteed. Our team builds our delivery schedule around multiple factors like weather and routing efficiency. We may deliver your rental the day before your event and pick it up the day after, at no extra charge. This ensures you get the most out of your rental.

2️⃣ How do I prepare my backyard for a bouncy castle?
Ensure the area is level, clean, and free of debris, and avoid overhead hazards like trees or power lines. Each inflatable has different size requirements, so please check the product details page for the unit you're renting. For safety, we require 2 feet of clearance on all sides of the inflatable to prevent children from coming into contact with hard surfaces and to ensure the walls can flex properly. Refer to the product details page for the specific space requirements of your rented unit.

Yes! For safety reasons, we handle all setup and takedown of the inflatable. Our professional team will ensure the unit is set up properly, safely, and ready for use. You can enjoy the event without worrying about the logistics – we’ve got it covered! Please ensure that a working power outlet is available within 75 feet of the setup area. We will use our own extension cord to plug into your outlet.

Yes, we may offer discounted rates for multiday rentals or large events. Contact us for a custom quote, especially if you're booking for a school, corporate event, or festival. Larger events often have many variables, so a custom quote is the best way to ensure we offer you the most with your budget. We may be able to offer discounts for weekday events, school bookings, camps, and festivals.

If damage occurs during the rental, we’ll assess the situation fairly. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks for residential but inventory does get limited in the busy summer months for larger events 2–3 months in advance for school events, corporate events, and festivals.
