Yes. Inflatables require a standard household outlet to power the blower that keeps them inflated. Castle Kid supplies extension cords and can run power up to 100 feet from your outlet.

⏱ How long do we get the inflatable rental for?

Your rental includes a guaranteed 6-hour event window. During busy summer weekends we often deliver earlier or pick up the following day at no additional charge when scheduling allows.

Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized and inspected before delivery. Castle Kid uses commercial-grade equipment and follows professional safety setup procedures for every event.

☀️ What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

Safety always comes first. If severe weather is expected we will contact you to discuss options such as adjusting timing or rescheduling. Light rain often passes quickly and inflatables can usually resume once conditions are safe.
